'Liat Brandel' brand was born out of my great love for fashion and design, aiming to be innovative, original, technological, groundbreaking, and a leader in the fashion industry.

About the Brand
Liat Brandel is a Fashion Designer, graduated B.Des (fashion) summa cum laude from Shenkar College of Engineering and Design. Her graduade collection was chosen to open the annual fashion show and was also presented during Tokyo Designers Week right upon her graduation. Liat interned at "Marks & Spencer" in London as a designer in the lingerie department as part of Shenkar's excellence program, as well as with designer "Yaniv Persy" in Tel Aviv. She served in the Intelligence Corps in the military, after completing her studies summa cum laude and even being awarded a certificate of excellence from the Ministry of Education.
In 2013, after finishing her studies and returning from Japan, she established the brand 'Liat Brandel,' which includes items she produces herself in small, limited series due to the need for manual work and human contact in each and every item, from sketching to the birth of the complete model, with lots of love and attention to the smallest details and an emphasis on quality finishes and production. Each item passes through her hands from its design to its packaging!
The brand sets itself the goal of breaking through and inventing fashion, offering items that cannot be found anywhere else with innovative designs using new techniques and materials, combining them with ancient traditions. The unique brand contains distinct designs that are identified from a distance, ones that cannot be found anywhere else: designs that transcend ages and seasons. The designs are based on timeless classic cuts and have a clean, elegant, geometric, and minimalist look, drawing inspiration from the world of engineering, architecture, and paper.
In addition, Liat, as the owner and founder of the brand, brings with her the knowledge and experience she has gained over the years (and births) regarding what women go through, and knows how to create items that flatter and love the changing female body - items that know how to emphasize beauty in each individual, and also how to modestly and subtly blur parts of the female body in order to flatter the body as much as possible.

Unlike traditional garment manufacturing methods, laser cutting allows for more freedom of movement, greater precision, and opens up numerous possibilities for cuts and burnings that cannot be achieved with traditional cutting methods.

Fashion and Origami
The word 'plissé' means 'pleats' in French. Originally, the term referred to fabric that was woven or gathered into pleats. Today, the fabric is lightweight with a surface that is puckered and gathered into stripes. In the plissé process, the fabric is folded into various origami-like patterns.
Innovative Fashion
A collection created after experiments combining materials that don't come from the world of fashion, such as plastic and wood, and integrating the realms of computers and handmade work. The designs were initially planned on the computer and then sewn by hand."
Fake Reality
The final collection 'Fake Reality' from the Fashion Department at Shenkar, which deals with the tension between our virtual persona and our true self, was chosen to open the annual show and was presented at Tokyo Fashion Week, Japan
