Shipping options in Israel:
Express courier to the house (up to 3 business days) :Free with purchases over NIS 400 19 NIS when buying over 200 NIS | otherwise NIS 25
- Will be sent with an external courier company and will arrive at the address entered at the time of ordering. The shipment will arrive up to 3 business days from the moment the shipment leaves. *With the exception of remote settlements: the Golan Heights area, settlements beyond the Green Line, Eilat, the Arava settlements, the Bekaa settlements and the Tira and Taiba triangle area - up to 5 business days. To the big cities and settlements in Sharon - the shipment can arrive as early as the next day. During busy periods such as holidays and online sales holidays, there may be delays in delivery times - up to 7 business days .
- It is important! Delivery address: deliveries are made between the hours of 9:00-18:00 on Sunday-Thursday, so it is recommended to give the address where you will be during these hours, for example the address of your workplace. In order to ensure timely delivery, you must be available on the phone number you left at the time of ordering.
Registered mail (up to 14 business days):Free with purchases over NIS 400 otherwise 20 NIS
Will be sent with the Israel Post Company and will arrive at the post office nearest to the address entered or at the distribution point of the mail nearest your home, up to 14 business days from the moment the shipment leaves.
Pickup:Free from the studio on Arabi Nahal St., Tel Aviv (Givataim border)
An email with contact information for the purpose of coordinating the collection will be sent to you as soon as the order is packed and ready for collection. *Remarks :
- All packages are packed by hand with lots of love and a personal note is attached to them.
- Gifts: a package can be sent as a gift for you! The destination address to which we must ship must be specified in the shipping address. If it is a gift - let me know in the "comments" box on the product page and include the content of the blessing. I would love to add a personal greeting from you.
- The delivery times do not include the production time of the items. Some items are made to order and are not always in stock. If the item is not in stock (indicated during the order and payment process as a note on the item) please allow up to 7 business days for production.
